I've spent years mastering the art of baking—from delicate macarons to the intricate folds required for perfect croissants. Each pastry is made from scratch with the finest ingredients and no artificial additives.

During a family trip to Denver, we discovered the magical cruffin—a croissant-donut hybrid that completely changed our perspective. Combined with our love for premium teas discovered in Japan, we knew our calling: to bring exceptional, fresh-baked goods and artisanal teas to Jacksonville.
